Starting at the age of 22 years with the founding of her first company, Kitty Kolding has proven herself to be a successful CEO with an eye for global markets. Establishing great companies requires a skillset to attract and retain superb personnel, weaving their unique skills into powerful and cohesive teams. She has founded and led multiple technology, marketing services, and data aggregation companies in all stages of development.

Ms. Kolding is known for inspiring, supporting and directing productive teams to meet revenue objectives, enhance corporate value, and to drive strategic product development. Across multiple CEO positions, Ms. Kolding excelled at raising venture capital and angel funding, as well as building productive, trusted partnerships with customers and strategic partners alike around the world.

Mark Fogarty
Mark Fogarty

Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and Chief Biotechnical Engineer (CBTE)

For more than 20 years, Mark Fogarty has been the back-office information technology (IT) expert behind numerous successful companies across a broad spectrum of markets and professions. He is an experienced consultant, specializing in high-end custom software and technology solutions, serving clients from start-ups to mid-sized corporations to the U.S. Navy.

Mr. Fogarty is an expert in building mission-critical systems and complex, web-based applications. With an extensive background creating high performing, web-based tools and interactive systems, he brings innovative technology to every aspect of technical development and deployment. He also excels in creating and maintaining highly scalable, ultra-secure cloud-based infrastructures. This unique skillset Is what has qualified Mr. Fogarty to be among the first AI/ML Biotechnical Engineers working in the medical device world.

As CTO and CBTE for RAIsonance, Mr. Fogarty is responsible for maintaining the backbone of all computer processing, as well as supporting the uninterrupted generation of computational datasets for Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML). He oversees all technical infrastructure, cloud platform deployment, internal systems, engineering, and software development. With his hands-on approach to AI/ML and API development, Mr. Fogarty is the ideal fit to lead the RAIsonance Data Science/Bioengineering team.

Jamie Mariani
Jamie Mariani

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Jamie Mariani is a CFO with a strong history of cultivating operational effectiveness and implementing successful financial strategies. From novel start-ups to publicly traded global enterprises, his leadership role has been key to building corporate relationships and driving expansion.

With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Mariani has the analytic skillset to identify valuable strengths and craft tactics to overcome obstacles. His sound financial modeling and fiscal planning provide the ideal support for cutting-edge research and development.

Mr. Mariani charts and steers the financial course of RAIsonance as CFO and also serves the Board of Directors as Corporate Treasurer. And his previous employment as CFO for software and SMART device companies has prepared him well for the high-tech, fast-paced environment of an AI/ML company.

Kris Hopkins

Chief Product Officer

An entrepreneur, inventor, and product leader in software, Kris Hopkins has led strategy, product, and engineering departments. Before joining RAIsonance, Mr. Hopkins was the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Product Officer, and/or Chief Information Security Officer at multiple companies including at Perfecta, a cybersecurity, intelligence, and communications technology provider, and led strategic product management for new products at Oracle. As founder and CEO of Newfound Communications, Mr. Hopkins sold the company to Acme Packet (NASDAQ: APKT) and spun out its Software as a Service business into Surgent Networks.

A dynamic leader of software product and development teams, Kris brings to RAIsonance 20 years of experience managing mission-critical and high-security software development projects and pipelines. With a focus on the largest enterprise and government customers, his leadership builds robust cloud-based and premise-based software products, SDKs, and APIs for businesses to provide secure and efficient solutions.

Mr. Hopkins is a graduate of Cornell University where he was the recipient of the Dorman Family Award for Entrepreneurship and Personal Enterprise Excellence. He is a dedicated husband, father of two, loves coaching youth sports, and is an active member of his community.

Mona Kelly
Mona Kelley

Chief, Clinical & Regulatory Affairs (CCRA)

Mona Kelley is a Nurse Educator, Legal Nurse Consultant, and former Branch Director of the Management Support Team for NDMS.

Workplace Safety and Health Education are Ms. Kelley’s passions. She has served on the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) Foundation Board of Trustees, as President of the Tennessee ENA, and continues to serve as a state and chapter officer. Throughout her tenure, Ms. Kelley has advocated for the safety of healthcare providers. Today she continues these efforts, working with legislators and healthcare stakeholders to improve safe care environments and practices. Through her work with the ENA, as well as her collegiate teaching, Ms. Kelley encourages and supports the educational advancement of healthcare workers. She also serves the small business community as a member of the National SBA Leadership Council.

Ms. Kelley is Chief of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs for RAIsonance, Inc. She is responsible for authoring clinical trial protocols, evidence-based reports, policies and procedures, and medical device submissions to governing bodies. In addition, Ms. Kelley brings an in-depth systematic rigor for research and development to their regulatory strategies, implementation plans, and monitoring of compliance.

Karl Kelly

Dr. Karl Kelley is a leader in Emergency and Disaster Medicine with a long and distinguished history of service to country. On the global front, Karl is a Founding Member of the International Tactical EMS Association, an internationally certified SWAT physician, and a Physician Adjudicator of medical devices for pre-market analysis and post-market surveillance.

For more than 25 years, Dr. Kelley has provided frontline emergency medical care, stood the watch for our country’s leadership, and contributed to the establishment of national emergency response policies and operations in times of crisis. He has maintained a proven track record of medical and policy leadership success, including the following: onsite Emergency Physician for FDNY, NYPD and federal assets working the pile in the wake of 9/11, CMO for Field Operations of the NDMS, and Pandemic and Medical Countermeasures editor for the National Response Framework. And in 2015, Dr. Kelley was awarded the Disaster Medicine Physician of the Year by the American Academy of Disaster Medicine.

For RAIsonance, Dr. Kelley serves as the Medical Officer. His strong background in safety and security brings decades of experience to the company’s biometric product line. In addition, Dr. Kelley serves as Principal Investigator for the RAIsonance medical device clinical trials.

Caitlin Kelley
Caitlin Kelley, DNP

SVP Clinical Trials and Quality Improvement

Caitlin Kelley is a doctorate-prepared, dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner with focuses both in acute care and family practice. She has served as a frontline healthcare worker both in emergency care and hospital medicine.

Dr. Kelley has been able to use both her frontline experience and that as adjunct faculty for MSN students to be able to develop training for both clinical trial site staff and RAIsonance employees. As a doctoral student, Dr. Kelley successfully implemented a quality improvement initiative to improve antibiotic stewardship, and she is able to leverage this education and experience to ensure successful quality management of medical devices and biometric products. Dr. Kelley achieved Board Certification in AI Medicine through ABAIM, and gained an understanding of artificial intelligence and data science to create AI/ML medical devices to improve healthcare equality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Dr. Kelley is the Senior Vice President for Clinical Trials and Quality Improvement for RAIsonance, Inc. She is responsible for authoring clinical trial protocols, evidence-based reports, policies and procedures, maintaining a regulatory compliant QMS system, and assisting with medical device submissions to governing bodies. In addition, Dr. Kelley utilizes her background in healthcare and quality to assist with oversight of clinical trials and ensure quality standards are met.

Kraig Monteferrante
Kraig Monteferrante

Senior Vice President, Partnerships

Kraig Monteferrante leads partnerships as well as the direct sales team at RAIsonance, supporting both global and domestic relationships. Mr. Monteferrante has over 20 years of experience heading up sales for a variety of companies, ranging from high-tech startups to well established firms.

Prior to RAIsonance he was the Chief Revenue Officer of Chrysalis Partners, supporting and driving all revenue generation across the organization. He previously led sales and customer programs with Strategic Sales Services, managing an extensive range of client projects across industries. Mr. Monteferrante also held the role of VP of Strategic Accounts for an experiential marketing company serving Fortune 500 marketers with product launches and consumer engagement.

Mr. Monteferrante is a gifted team leader who fosters a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior. With his depth of experience, keen focus on revenue generation, and unrelenting work ethic Mr. Monteferrante is ideally qualified for his role as SVP Partnerships.

Paul McLenaghan
Paul McLenaghan

Chief Revenue Officer

Paul McLenaghan is a market and business development executive with a passion for driving market disruption. He is a versatile leader who combines an ability to drive revenue and growth through interaction with external stakeholders with the ability to influence internal product innovation and develop go to market strategies for new products and solutions.

Prior to RAIsonance, Paul spent close to twenty years in the advertising technology industry. He was most recently with Prohaska Consulting, where he consulted to major ad tech platforms, publishers, and media companies on data strategy and new product strategy. Previously, he spent close to fifteen years at TARGUSinfo and Neustar, where he had a track record of success creating and driving new solutions and lines of business at the intersection of technology, data, and media.

As Chief Revenue Officer for RAIsonance, Paul is responsible for driving adoption and utilization of RAIsonance solutions through partnerships with commercial and non-commercial organizations, as well as identifying new market opportunities for RAIsonance. Paul completed his MBA at the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business and has BA degrees in Economics and English from Villanova University. He is a dual citizen of Australia and the United States.

Todd Usen

Todd Usen is an accomplished and seasoned leader with more than 25 years of medical device and healthcare experience, and a proven track record of leading, developing and executing on commercialization strategies and driving market development initiatives for profitable growth.

Mr.Usen joined Activ Surgical in January 2019 after serving as the President of the Medical Systems Group at Olympus Corporation of the Americas, where he helped lead the group’s expansion from six medical divisions to 11. Prior to joining the Olympus Corporation, Todd held the position of President, Orthopedics, at Smith and Nephew, overseeing the Total Joint, Sports Medicine and Trauma divisions.

He held several other vital positions for Smith and Nephew including Senior Vice President and General Manager, Joint Reconstruction; Senior Vice President, Sports Medicine; and Senior Vice President, Endoscopy. Prior to Smith and Nephew, Todd worked for Boston Scientific as the Vice President of Sales for the Neurovascular division, Director of Endoscopy Sales, and Global Manager of Field Development. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Business and did his M.B.A. work at Pepperdine University.

Rudy Karsan

Chairman, Board of Directors

Rudy thrives in building mode, whether directly or through actively supporting the entrepreneurs he’s backed. He loves reading, playing poker, bothering his grandkids and asking relentlessly infuriating questions.

He is currently the Founder and Managing Partner of Karlani Capital. Previously, Rudy was the Founder & CEO of Kenexa, a company which he founded, proceeded to IPO, and then sold to IBM in 2012 in a record deal. He also sits on numerous Boards.

Rudy has been recognized multiple times for his entrepreneurial and humanitarian achievements and is the author of a New York Times bestselling book, “We: How to Increase Performance and Profits through Full Engagement.”

Mark Goldstein brings deep expertise from the health and wellness industry. Steven Mannik

Steven Mannik is a leader with broad experience in the life & health insurance industry and he has worked in the U.S., Canada and the U.K. When he retired from full-time employment in 2016, he formed Mannik Advisory where he pursues his passion for helping startup companies innovate in the InsureTech and FinTech space.

Mr. Mannik joined General Re, an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway, in 2007 as the President and CEO of Gen Re's U.S. life & health reinsurance business. Prior to joining Gen Re, he was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Manulife Reinsurance with responsibility for all aspects of Manulife's reinsurance business worldwide.

Chris Davis

Chris Davis is an executive with global experience in IoT, smart cities, high performance buildings, clean technology, and industrial automation sectors. As Founder and Managing Consultant at Technicity Consulting LLC, he helps companies unlock hidden potential by opening and growing new opportunities and markets. The goal is helping clients grow top-line and bottom-line results to achieve higher valuations for fundraising and at exit.

Formerly as Vice President, Smart Cities, Mr. Davis developed CIMCON Lighting’s Smart City strategy and created an ecosystem of alliance and technology partners. In addition, he provided thought leadership through whitepapers, articles, blogs, podcasts and by speaking at conferences globally.

Prior to CIMCON, Mr. Davis was Vice President, Global Strategic Alliances at Schneider Electric, President and Board Member of Baumüller Inc., and has held Vice President, Managing Director and Board Member positions at Color Kinetics, and Varta Batteries Pvt. Ltd (Singapore). In addition, Mr. Davis served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy.

Andrew Wise

Andrew J. Wise is inventor, founder, and CEO of Aggregation Commerce, LLC, delivering a platform technology for group-buying marketplaces.

A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Wise led information-intensive and distribution businesses as an executive, founder, advisor, and investor. Mr. Wise began his career as a Management Consultant in consumer products and distribution for global clients of Bain & Company. Beyond his ongoing services to startups and high-growth companies, Mr. Wise serves as a director of three India Private Equity Funds: India Business Excellence Fund I, India Business Excellence Fund – IIA, India Business Excellence Fund—IIIA.

Jonathan Polon

Jonathan Polon is President of SEB Analytics, a member of the Smart Employee Benefits Group of Companies. Mr. Polon is a pioneer in the application of predictive analytics to the life and health insurance industries, and builder and implementer of predictive models for more than 40 insurance companies. He is an innovator and developer of novel mathematical approaches to disability claims management, life insurance underwriting, healthcare fraud detection, and intercompany benchmarking.

Mr. Polon first learned predictive modeling in 2000 while developing models to detect credit card fraud. In 2001, he co-founded and was Chief Analytics Officer at Claim Analytics, a company created to allow insurance companies the opportunity to benefit from his extensive expertise in analytics.

Mr. Polon is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. He is a frequent presenter at industry meetings and has published several articles on the development and implementation of predictive models for life and health insurance. In his role as President of SEB Analytics, he is responsible for thought leadership and the overseeing of all analytics and predictive modeling initiatives.

Rodolfo Aldir, MD
FACC, FCCP

Chair, RAIsonance Medical Advisory Board

Rodolfo Aldir is a board-certified cardiologist with Orlando Health Medical Group Cardiology. In addition to diagnosing and treating patients with heart disease and conditions such as angina and heart attack, Dr. Aldir has a special interest and training in cardiac device implantation. Dr. Aldir is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and American College of Chest Physicians. He has served as the chief of staff for Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital and staff cardiologist to the Orlando Ballet.


Heidi P. Cordi, MD
MPH, MS, EMTP, FACEP, FAADM

Heidi Cordi came to Albany Medical Center in November 2016 as an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine and serves as core faculty at the Division of Emergency Medical Services. She is also the Associate Director of the EMS Fellowship. In addition, Dr. Cordi holds the position of Visiting Professor of Emergency Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine at the Third People’s Hospital in Chengdu, China. She also remains the medical director for her local fire department in Elmsford, NY. Dr. Cordi holds many titles and functions, including Medical Director for Rensselaer County Bureau Public Safety, Mohawk Ambulance Service, and several fire and EMS agencies.

Before joining Albany Medical Center, she was an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine and the Associate Medical Director of Emergency Medical Services at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Cordi has extensive training and experience in internal medicine, emergency medicine, emergency medical services, in addition to disaster medicine. She earned two Masters degrees, one in biology research and the other in Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy and Management and Emergency Medical Services.

Dr. Cordi provided prehospital trauma training and basic life support training for the United Nations in the U.S. and abroad and offered similar activities at the World Health Organization. Her disaster experiences include responses to natural disasters and leading emergency management drill training internationally, from the lecture hall to field response. Dr. Cordi was the recipient of the prestigious AAPS Disaster Medicine Physician of the Year Award in July 2014 and is one of the American Board of Disaster Medicine co-founders. She served as President of the American Academy of Disaster Medicine from 2015-2017. Having received numerous awards throughout her career, most recently, Dr. Cordi was the recipient of the EMS Physician of Excellence award. She is board certified in Emergency Medicine by ABMS and in Disaster Medicine by ABPS.


Lewis Marshall, MD
JD, MS, FAADM, FAAEP, FACP, FACHE, FCLM

Lewis Marshall is a physician-attorney and currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer at NYC Health & Hospitals/Lincoln. Dr. Marshall has worked in emergency medicine for over 30 years. Dr. Marshall is Clinical Assistant Professor at the NYU School of Medicine. He lectures locally and nationally on issues of patient safety, pre-hospital care and public policy.

Dr. Marshall has worked in emergency medicine and the EMS system at the local, state, and national levels. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the NYC Emergency Medical Services Council. He serves on the NY State Emergency Medical Advisory Committee and is the Chairman of the Medical Standards Subcommittee. The Medical Standards Committee is responsible for evaluation and development of statewide standards, and review and approval of regional protocols. He serves on the NYCDOHMH Physician Advisory Committee for the Primary Care Information Project.


Elizabeth Maxwell-Schmidt
MS, MD, FAAEP, FACEPMD

Elizabeth Maxwell-Schmidt is the President of the American Association of Physician Specialists, which is the 3rd largest board certifying organization in the USA. She continues her 30-year practice of Emergency Medicine at Anne Arundel Medical Center, Annapolis, MD. She is a graduate of Stanford University with a BA Human Biology and MS Biology. She also serves on the Board of the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra and as a medical staff member and graduate of Diabetes Training Camp.


Frederick L. Slone, MD
FAADM

Frederick Slone graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a BA degree in 1974, and as an undergraduate student helped to create one of the first animal models of the disease Myasthenia Gravis. He attended the University of Pittsburgh school of medicine and received his M.D. in 1978, then did his residency in internal medicine and gastroenterology fellowship training at the University of South Florida College of medicine.

Dr. Slone established a private practice in gastroenterology in Tampa Florida in 1983 and retired from private practice in 2003. While in practice as a Gastroenterologist, he was chief of the endoscopy unit at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa for many years and also helped to establish an independent Endoscopy Center in Tampa that became one of the largest Endoscopy centers in the Tampa Bay area.

Dr. Slone retired from private practice in 2003 and became involved in medical education at the University of South Florida College of medicine, where he is presently an Associate Professor of Medicine. He became involved in simulation medicine and was among the first cohort to receive a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator certification. He also wrote the chapters on the use of high-fidelity manikins in simulation in the textbook entitled Defining Excellence in Simulation Programs published by the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH). Dr. Slone has received multiple teaching awards by the students at the University of South Florida College of Medicine.

Another passion of Dr. Slone is helping the medical students at the University South Florida College of Medicine in running an indigent clinic for those of need in the Tampa Bay Area.

Dr. Slone has also been involved in disaster medicine and is a member of the American Board of Disaster medicine and has been designated a Fellow of the American Academy of Disaster Medicine. He was Co-Author of The Advanced Disaster Life Support v.3.0 Course Manual, which was the manual for the National Disaster Life-Support Foundation’s Advanced Disaster Life Support course. In addition, he created the first use of a high-Fidelity manikin for board certification, for the American Board of Disaster Medicine.


Jeanne M. LeBlanc, PhD
ABPP, R. Psych

Jeanne LeBlanc graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Texas at Dallas, with a degree in Psychology and a focus on the biological aspects of depression. She then completed her PhD in Clinical Psychology from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, with a pre- and post-doctoral specialization in Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation. She later obtained her Diplomate in Rehabilitation Psychology. Areas of particular interest and expertise include cognitive rehabilitation, assessment and treatment of gifted individuals following brain injury, forensic assessment and analysis, and the psychological impact of illness and change in ability. Dr. LeBlanc has been accepted as an expert in Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation Psychology by the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

In 2005, Dr. LeBlanc began her work and volunteering in the field of Disaster Psychology, responding to Hurricane Katrina in Mississippi and New Orleans. This experience led Dr. LeBlanc to become fully aware of the particular challenges of individuals with medical, physical, and cognitive needs during the initial aftermath and recovery following large-scale disasters, such as earthquakes, hurricanes, wildfires, flooding, and most recently – the pandemic. Over the years, she focused her disaster-related efforts on development, leadership, consultation, and deployment related to the psychosocial component of community and medically-based disaster response services, with both Canadian and US-based organizations, who provide global response. Organizations have included American Psychological Association, British Columbia Disaster Psychosocial Services, Canadian Medical Assistance Team, and consultation to Canadian Olympic Committee. In addition, she has provided extensive community and professionally focused education and trainings in Canada, United States, China, South Africa, Europe, the Caribbean, New Zealand, Australia, and elsewhere. Dr. LeBlanc has received multiple recognitions for these efforts.

In her spare time, Dr. LeBlanc enjoys hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving and sailing, with upcoming plans for she and her husband to sail across the Pacific Ocean and to wherever the winds may take them.


Modupe Kehinde, MD

Modupe Kehinde is a board-certified Pulmonologist at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital in Lebanon, TN. He has the distinct experience of practicing in 3 continents, Africa, Europe and in North America for the past 29 years.

He completed his residency training at St. John's Hospital in Detroit, Michigan and his fellowship training in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

He was later appointed director of the Medical ICU at the formerly Tennova Hospital and now Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital for 15 years. In which he recently stepped down from his position to focus on his outpatient pulmonary practice. He has served as Deputy Chief of Staff and is a member of the Board of Advisors of Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital.


Michael H. Cynamon, MD

Michael H. Cynamon earned his M.D. at Yale university School of Medicine and trained in internal medicine and infectious diseases at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He has been on the faculty at SUNY Upstate Medical University since 1979. His research laboratory, located at the VAMC Syracuse focuses on the discovery and development of new anti-infective agents particularly antimycobacterial agents. The laboratory does in vitro evaluation and mouse model testing of potential new agents for tuberculosis and M. avium complex among other mycobacteria.


Geraldine A. Hamilton, Ph.D.

Geraldine A. Hamilton is a scientist, entrepreneur, founder, and innovator, with a Ph.D. in cell biology & toxicology. Passionate storyteller, skilled at translating technologies into commercial products and working at the intersection of biology, engineering, & business. Her career spans across startups, the pharmaceutical industry, and academia. In her 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry, she led drug discovery and development teams at AstraZeneca and GlaxoSmithKline. Andrea Keener, PhD

After attending the Universität Heidelberg in Germany, Andrea Keener earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida, in Tampa, Florida. She was a community mental health counselor before continuing her studies and subsequently earning a Master’s in Psychology and PhD in Developmental Psychology from Florida International University, in Miami, Florida.

An educator for 20+ years, Dr. Keener has taught in public and private university/college settings. Dr. Keener served as a higher education administrator and professor at Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida and held the positions of Associate Vice Provost of Extended Learning, Dean of the School of Professional And Career Education, and Full Professor of Behavioral Sciences.

In 2019, she served as Vice President, Program Innovation, for Higher Ed Partners, an educational services provider company, headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Currently, she is the Associate Dean for the School of Continuing Education and Professional Development at Miami Dade College (MDC). Located in Miami, Florida, MDC is the nation’s largest college.

Dr. Keener is a licensed therapist and qualified supervisor for mental health counseling interns in the State of Florida. She is a Master Level Addiction Professional (MCAP), Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider (CMHIMP), Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), Employee Assistance Specialist Clinical (EAS-C), and Senior Human Resource Professional (SHRM-SCP). Her research focuses on positive psychology, anxiety disorders, youth and community responses to trauma, and substance abuse treatment. She serves on the Editorial Board for the Journal of Loss and Trauma and has published in a variety of scholarly journals.

For almost two decades, Dr. Keener has worked and consulted with mental health professionals and first responders in an effort to address anxiety and post-traumatic stress in children, families, and communities. She consulted with the National Center for Post-Traumatic Stress, the Terrorism and Disaster Center at the University of Oklahoma, and the Disaster and Extreme Event Center at the University of Miami. A member of the Broward County Children’s Services Board, Dr. Keener maintains a clinical practice in the Fort Lauderdale area, with a focus treating anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, substance use and personality disorders.


Rachelle (Shelly) Lahn

Rachelle (Shelly) Lahn Has over 30 years of experience in healthcare management, case management, and marketing. She has owned and managed two diagnostic imaging centers, a medical concierge case management company, a substance abuse/mental health treatment center and currently owns and operates an advanced Depression Treatment Center in Coral Springs Florida.

In the Imaging field she owned and operated two high end imaging centers in Coral Gables and Hollywood and then Managed a center in Aventura. Her focus has been on assisting patients and physicians with their diagnostic imaging needs.

Her Medical Concierge Company that she still operates since 2006 has assisted thousands of international patients with their medical conditions. Part of that company also entailed significant marketing efforts for leading hospitals, physicians, and cancer centers in Florida. As the CEO of ORNOA, she is always there for her patients and is their advocate and their navigator from their first contact with ORNOA to their return home and beyond. She is always making sure her patients get fast appointments with the best physicians and gets quick turn-around appointments and tests.

She is a frequent speaker on the latest imaging modalities and travels often to the Bahamas and Caribbean Islands.

Shelly holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida International University, is a Certified Radiology Administrator, and a Certified Patient Care Advocate. Seeing disease up close has made Shelly an intense advocate for medicine with a heart.

She has been in the Mental Health Field since 2012 while owning and operating a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Center from 2012-2020 and an Advanced Depression Treatment Center from 2016-Current. She has the most advanced Neuro Navigated Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Treatment Centers and the largest Spravato Center- Neuro Wellness TMS Centers of America in Coral Springs with plans to expand throughout Florida.

Dr. Alison Thompson is a full time humanitarian volunteer first responder running refugee camps, field hospitals and resilience hubs in the largest disasters around the world for the past 22 years, including the Syrian and Venezuelan crisis. Dr. Thompson founded Third Wave Volunteers on the Sept 11th 2001 attacks in NYC which has grown to over 30,000 medical and non-medical volunteers responding to natural and man-made disasters and pandemics.

Dr. Thompson is an advisory board member of the United Nations Chaplains Assoc. a board member of 11 MACtown disabled homes in Florida and the Ambassador to the Haitian Ministry of Environment where she works in reforestation and helped Haiti ratify the Paris Agreement at COP22.

In 2010 she received the Order of Australia from Queen Elizabeth the 2nd for her contributions to mankind, the Commanders Award of Excellence from General Trombitas and the 82nd Airborne in Haiti and the 'Paul Harris' award from Rotary International.

Her book "The Third Wave- a volunteer story" by Random House is also a documentary film that premiered at the Cannes film festival presented by Sean Penn and Bono.

Khaled Deeb
MD, PhD, MBA

Khaled earned his PhD in Computer Science from Florida International University, an MBA from the University of Florida, an MD from the American University of the Caribbean, and a residency training in Internal Medicine from the very prestigious University of Miami School of Medicine. He was an Associate Professor and the Program Director at Barry University where he supervised faculty and staff, designed curriculums, and taught courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels (topics in computer science, IT, business, statistics, and research).

Deeply experienced in the areas of business management, databases, data mining, software engineering, computer programming, human-machine interaction, artificial intelligence, and research methodologies, he has presented and published several peer-reviewed articles in leading publications and chaired several conferences and workshops. He has also collaborated on interdisciplinary research projects and has co-written University grants, some of which dealt with HIV management and intervention in multi-centers in the USA and Africa.

Khaled speaks four languages and is an expert consultant in both the private and public sectors in the fields of health services, business, and technologies.
